Eric Church is certainly having a "record year." The country singer, who recently wrapped his 2017 Holding' My Own Tour in Nashville with two incredible sold-out shows, set an attendance record by having the No. 1 most attended music tour across the globe so far in 2017, according to Pollstar.

The massive trek brought Church to more than 50 cities and included 62 sold out dates. The country superstar also opted not to have any opening acts and instead delivered a three-hour set of songs from his extensive catalogue. He performed for nearly 40,000 fans at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena during his two-night stay — a record number for the venue.

“This tour has been my career’s biggest challenge physically, but I can honestly say I'm gonna miss it,” Church says in a press release. “Seeing what happens between us and the crowd for over three hours a night is awe inspiring. I'm gonna miss seeing those faces and freezing that moment in time night after night.”

Though the tour has ended its run, Church is still hitting the road throughout the rest of the year. He'll be back in Nashville for the 2017 CMA Fest on June 9 at Nissan Stadium, in addition to dates across the country, including a stop at Country Fest in Cadott, Wisc. He'll bring along a handful of special guests to open the shows including Brothers Osborne, Margo Price, Elle King and more. The "Kill a Word" singer will re-open his pop-shop in east Nashville during CMA Fest where fans can purchase one-of-a-kind-goods relating to the star.
