Jason Aldean takes that honor with a music video that takes a heartbreaking turn in its final minute. There was plenty of sensational news to be shared, including what Simon Cowell said about Scotty McCreery, and Tim McGraw hinting that the Dancehall Doctors could be looking for a new hospital to practice their musical medicine.

    Tim McGraw Message Leaves Future of Dancehall Doctors Unknown

    McGraw still hasn't explained what he meant by a cryptic message on his Facebook page earlier this week. He indicated his backing band the Dancehall Doctors were either breaking up, or maybe just shaking up. Any one of the eight loyal members could be leaving, but as of now all are still listed on the singer's website.

    Hunter Hayes Turns Down Lauren Alaina's Prom Invite

    Lauren Alaina went through something every teenage girl is bound to go through at one point or another, except her rejection was very public. The 'American Idol' runner-up admitted to having a crush on Hunter Hayes, and then asked him to prom during a radio interview. That same station later interviewed the 20-year-old Hayes, who -- after dodging the question for a few minutes -- indicated he'd have other plans that day. To be honest, Alaina's parents as well as staff members at her school might not be comfortable with the five-year age gap anyway.

    Scotty McCreery avoided Simon Cowell's barbs during his run on 'American Idol,' but it turns out he's not out of the cantankerous judge's sights yet. When asked to do an impression of an American accent, the Brit turned on his best southern drawl and slurred, "I love you this big." Taste of Country readers were not as amused as he was.
