The home Johnny Cash bought his parents is once again up for sale. The "Mama Cash Home" underwent significant renovations in recent years, and is now listed for $845,000.

The approximately 3,000-square-foot ranch house sits on one acre and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Photos show how current owners Brian and Sally Oxley renovated each room to restore it to how it looked when Carrie and Ray Cash lived there. The Tennessean reports that Carrie died in the kitchen. Many years later, Johnny and June Carter Cash would spend their days in that house.

Music, including several songs on Cash's posthumous American V album, was often recorded there, and dignitaries would visit with the family when they came to Nashville. The house is unusual in that no room is square. The new homeowner would also obtain an original picture of Cash and his parents, as well as an old grandfather clock that's valued at $10,000.

According to Zillow, the Oxleys purchased the house in 2014 for $595,000. Braxton Dixon was the architect of the home and Cash's more famous house, which sat on the lake across the street from the Mama Cash Home on Caudill Drive in Hendersonville until it burned down in 2007.

The Mama Cash Home was built in 1963.
