What an amazing run for Josh Turner. The baritone country traditionalist has landed another very decisive victory with his new single ... but he'll be facing a very tough challenge from Chris Young today and over the weekend.

Turner doesn't stray too far from what he's always done best with "Hometown Girl," and his fans love him all the more for it. He's just sewn up his third straight Showdown victory by a wide margin, and if he wins this round, he'll be competing for the Hall of Fame.

But not so fast. Young is on a crazy hot streak himself, with his last two singles from his current album, I'm Comin' Over, both reaching No. 1. His latest is "Sober Saturday Night," and he invited Vince Gill to join him on the track, making it two stellar duets in a row from the career-changing project. Will he be able to get around Turner's super-charged voting block?

Listen to clips of both Turner and Young’s songs and vote for your favorite here. This Showdown is extended through next Wednesday due to Memorial Day; you can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Wednesday, June 1 at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Wednesday.
