Kane Brown Goes to the Desert in New ‘Lose It’ Video [Watch]
Kane Brown is going through a dry spell, but not the kind you'd expect. The singer, who recently released “Lose It,” the lead single to his forthcoming sophomore album, has revealed a sun-baked desert-locale video to accompany the track.
The clip shows Brown out in the stunning vistas of what appears to be the west coast's arid Joshua Tree area, singing his heart out to the wide open sky and dancing on top of a Camaro. Brown was recently in the California desert for April's annual Stagecoach festival, so perhaps some of the shots might have been captured while he was in town.
Brown premiered the song during his set at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium during June's CMA Fest 2018. His eagerly anticipated sophomore album is scheduled for release Nov. 9.
Brown released his self-titled debut album in 2016 with RCA Nashville after seeing success on his own covering iconic country songs on YouTube. His single off that album, "What Ifs" with Lauren Alaina, hit No. 1, and Brown set a record by becoming the first artist to sit in the top spot on five charts at the same time when Kane Brown was standing strong on the Top Country Albums chart and "What Ifs" commanded the Country Digital Song Sales, Country Airplay, Hot Country Songs and Country Streaming Songs charts in 2017.
