Reckless Kelly's Celebrity Softball Jam is about to make its seventh appearance in support of youth sport programs in Texas. On May 31, the annual softball game and concert will host an all-star lineup of musicians, professional athletes and celebrities.

Hosted by Willy and Cody Braun of Reckless Kelly, the annual Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam will feature more than 20 major country acts performing on two stages in 2015. Kyle Park, Cody Canada and the Departed, Charlie Robison, Shinyribs, Kelly Mickwee, Midnight River Choir, George Devore and the Peterson Brothers are all confirmed, with major headliners to be announced closer to the event.

Before performing, though, the Braun brothers and all their friends will take to the Dell Diamond ball field in Round Rock, Texas to play nine innings of "fun-filled, athleticism-optional" softball. While this may not be the most riveting game of well-played softball, everyone involved knows it's all in good fun. And for a good cause.

Proceeds from the Celebrity Softball Jam will go towards Reckless Kelly's ongoing support of youth sports programs in Central Texas, which have included partnerships with the MLB's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program, the Miracle League and other baseball and softball associations around the Austin area. Since 2009, the Softball Jam has raised over $300,000 for youth sports programs, including $150,000 for major renovations to a ball field in Austin.

"To have a charity event that supports our youth, while mixing in some great music and softball, makes me proud and honored to be invited back year in and year out," says former MLB pitcher Greg Swindell.

Tickets for Reckless Kelly's 2015 Celebrity Softball Jam go on sale Friday (Feb. 20). Tickets are regularly $20, but fans and supporters can get half-price tickets for the first ten days. To purchase tickets, visit the official Celebrity Softball Jam website.
