Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's stately rural manor home is a true part of history.
Built in 1800, the two-story log-built home is 3,152 square feet and features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a master suite with fireplace and an eat-in kitchen. The house features a total of six fireplaces and has been updated to include central air.
The 622-acre property also offers a 12-stall stable, as well as a barn and a storage building. The listing notes two caretaker homes, a restored log cabin and two guest houses, as well. The superstar couple listed the property in Leiper's Fork, near Franklin, Tenn., for $20 million in 2013, and sold off 131 acres of it in a separate sale in 2015. They listed it again for the low, low price of $18.5 million dollars, but it is currently off the market.

The property has longstanding ties to country music, as it was once owned by Hank Williams. McGraw and Hill acquired the property in two separate transactions 17 years ago, paying 13.75 million for both, according to Nashville's Tennessean newspaper.
