Tim McGraw has already started the year at No. 1, and now the country superstar is announcing a spring 2011 tour. McGraw and his band will bring the Band Perry and Luke Bryan on the road as opening acts for the Emotional Traffic Tour.

Tour dates will be announced soon, and ticket sales start on Jan. 15. We'll have all the details once they're available, but McGraw's official website and fan club will also be posting the latest updates.

In addition to the tour news, McGraw also appeared on NFL's Sunday pre-game show to deliver 'The Journey to Super Bowl 45' today.

This week, the singer's latest single, 'Felt Good on My Lips,' was named No. 1 on Billboard's Country Songs chart. Songs by McGraw and his new tourmates, the Band Perry and  Luke Bryan, all made Taste of Country's Top 100 Songs of 2010 list.

On Friday, Jan. 7, 'Country Strong' opens nationwide. The film stars McGraw, Gwyneth Paltrow, Garrett Hedlund and Leighton Meester.
