Trace Adkins to Salute the Troops at NASCAR Event in Texas

Just weeks after the September 11 anniversary, Trace Adkins will show his support for the troops with a live performance at the AXE Salute Our Troops pre-race show, which precedes the AAA Texas 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series on November 6.

Lucky race fans who are also country music lovers will get the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to catch Adkins' set from up close using their grandstand tickets and an additional $79 mosh-pit ticket, which allows front-of-the-stage access.

The crooner will give fans a touch of his hits during his 45-minute set, which will undoubtedly include his latest chart-topper, 'Just Fishin'.' Aside from the quick cars, Adkins will be the main focus at the Fort Worth Texas Motor Speedway that day, and will headline the pre-race festivities which kick off two hours prior to the rubber hitting the pavement.
