Best Song of Summer 2015: Sam Hunt vs. LoCash

The tightest Round 1 battle in the Best Song of Summer 2015 contest was Sam Hunt vs. Thomas Rhett. Both singers' fans committed to voting early and often, and as a result, it went down to the wire. "House Party" will move on after squeaking out 52 percent of the vote.

LoCash cruised to a Round 1 victory over Logan Mize. "I Love This Life" grabbed 75 percent of the vote setting up another battle between two passionate fan groups. The duo has their work cut out for them, however. Fans will need to work double-time to keep up with Hunt's loyal following.

Vote up to once every hour until this Round 1 battle ends on July 28 at 11:59PM CT. The winner will move on to face either Kenny Chesney or Kelsea Ballerini, with the ultimate Best Song of Summer 2015 named on Aug. 12.
