Cute Kids Singing Country Songs – Caitlin Rose, ‘Own Side Now’

It's hard to go wrong when you're cute and confident. Little Rowan was just five years old when she recorded this cover of Caitlin Rose's 'Own Side Now.' The little country cutie has a beautiful voice, but more importantly she's able to close her eyes and fall into the song just like the original singer does. 

Rose is the daughter of songwriter Liz Rose, the woman behind many of Taylor Swift's biggest hits. This song is the title track from her 2010 album, and Rowan is obviously a huge fan. It looks like the singing sweetie has developed quite a following on YouTube as well, as this clip has nearly 500,000 views! We agree with the commenter who says the "bum, bum, bum" lyric is especially endearing.
