Cole Swindell Announces Down Home Winter Tour

Cole Swindell is taking his songs on the road -- on his own. Although 'Chillin' It' singer-songwriter is currently touring with Luke Bryan, he will be headlining his own Down Home Tour through December.

With a debut album that's sold over 220,000 copies since its release in February, a No. 1 hit with 'Chillin' It' and a new single, 'Hope You Get Lonely,' that's already reached No. 5 on the charts and is still rising, fans might say it's about time that Swindell had a stage of his own.

Naturally, Swindell is just as excited.

“It has been a crazy whirlwind year, and I feel so fortunate that country music fans and country radio has embraced me in such a huge way. It’s what an artist dreams about,” the singer says. “I’ve been lucky enough to get a jump start performing alongside Luke Bryan in front of massive crowds, and while I wouldn’t change anything for the experience I’ve gained so far, I know I still have a lot of work to do on the road.”

Swindell's Down Home Tour will hit over a dozen cities in November and December, and although the venues may not be as huge as the stages he's been playing on Bryan's That's My Kind of Night Tour, fans can expect a killer show. Newcomer Kelleigh Bannen will serve as the tour opener.
