Country Babies Born in 2013: Daniel Emanuel Gokey

Danny Gokey and wife Leyicet welcomed their first baby on January 20. Daniel Emanuel Gokey was actually born on his due date, at 9:52PM ET to be exact. The couple shared the news with People, revealing that the healthy boy weighed nearly nine pounds at birth. "Leyicet and I are overjoyed to welcome the new member of our family," the singer said. "I’m ecstatic to be a first time dad and to have a new little buddy to hang out with.” The Gokeys were married on Jan. 29, 2012.
