Dolly Parton Just Opened Her Own Wine Bar

Raise a glass! Dolly Parton's new wine bar is officially open for business.

The country singer's wine brand, Dolly Wines, opened up shop inside the Assembly Food Hall in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday (Aug. 1).

"Drawing from her rich musical heritage and her ethos of inclusivity, Dolly Wines are crafted to be easy-drinking, light-hearted and vibrant," the Assembly Food Hall website reads. "Enjoy a taste of Dolly's warmth and spirit with every sip, made just for you and this moment."

Fans can grab a glass of Parton's wines at her kiosk inside the Food Hall, which features over 30 places to grab a drink or a bite to eat in the heart of Music City.

The space features a long bar top nestled underneath a large photo of the "Jolene" singer cradling one of her wine bottles. Keeping with the theme of her Dolly Wines brand, the bar is lit with blue accent lights.

Working Wine to Five

Parton first launcher her own line of wines in 2024. The first bottle sold was a California Chardonnay, but she has since expanded her inventory to include red and sparkling varieties as well as more whites.

Dolly Wines is a collaboration of her company, Parton Family Cellars and Accolade Wines.

Islands in the Revenue Streams

The country hitmaker is no stranger to entrepreneurial endeavors. Parton has launched makeup and beauty products, a per apparel collection and a line of baking goods with Duncan Hines.

She's also a published author with cookbooks, novels and children's books as well as a restauranteur with her Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show, among other dining establishments.

And let's not forget her theme park, Dollywood. The family amusement park features rides and attractions as well as shows and special entertainment. There also the water park, Splash Country, next door.

Of all of the side hustles country artists could partake in, opening a bar or restaurant is the most fitting — and very common. After all, many of these stars got their start on a barstool, tip jar nearby, playing their music for anyone who would listen.
