Faith Hill hit Self magazine's Facebook page last week at select points throughout the day, taking the time to answer questions from her devoted fans. Given that Hill is a beautiful country artist with a celebrity husband, three daughters, two dogs and a rockin' bod, it's really no surprise that her admirers lobbed questions primarily revolving around how the starlet holds it all together so tightly (in all senses of the word).

Even though she took a break from the chat to fit in a workout, Hill admitted that it's sometimes hard to keep everything together, suggesting she's just doing the best she can. Speaking about her exercise routine (as quoted by Country Weekly), she said, "Some days it's harder to get myself moving than others but it has such a positive impact on my day. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70-90 ounces of water a day. It is so good for you, inside and out."

And while she's disciplined in her activity, Hill was the first to admit she's not a huge fan of dieting. "A few of you have asked about my diet or if I diet," she said. "I don't diet but I do watch what I eat. For lunch I usually have a Greek salad with with grilled chicken. I love salads for lunch. It's light, delicious and good for you. I vary the protein and sometimes use salmon instead of chicken." And when she needs a little something to satisfy a sweet tooth, she says she'll occasionally reach for a sweet tea.

After describing what you'll find on her plate at lunch, Hill went on to divulge how she balances all that's on her plate in life. "There have been a couple of posts about balance," she commented. "I'm a mother, wife, artist, etc. and it is not always easy to balance everything. Our rule at home is family first. Anything that Tim or I do works around what our kids are doing. That always comes first."

If Hill's hitting the gym a good bit, she can still smell lovely with her and husband Tim McGraw's new fragrance, Soul2Soul, which just hit wafted its way onto the scene Feb. 4.
