Ashley Cooke Admits She Stole This From 'Marshals' Set

Ashley Cooke made her acting debut on March 8, 2026, in Episode 2 of Marshals, titled "Zone of Death."

In the episode, Cooke appears as herself, performing her song "Next to You" at a bar.

I interviewed Cooke on Taste of Country Nights and asked if she took anything home from the set of Marshals.

"I'm pretty sure I took that outfit home from the set," Cooke revealed. "Yeah, I took that home. I think that was it."

I then asked whether she had to sneak the outfit off set. While she didn't come right out and say yes, she hinted that she might have, admitting, "They are very particular about keeping stuff [from the set]."

Cooke said that Taylor Sheridan wasn't on set the day she filmed her scene for Marshals. Still, she said she's a huge fan and hopes to meet him someday — and maybe even land another acting role in one of his shows.

Current Country Music Artists Who Also Act

With all of the Yellowstone shows and spinoffs that have aired, country music has been represented well with Cooke, Lainey Wilson, Riley Green, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill all making appearances in either Yellowstone, Marshals and 1883.

Also, Jelly Roll has been on Netflix's Star Search reboot as well as Appearing as himself in Fire Country in 2025 and he has continued taking TV acting opportunities.

'Marshals': Episode 2 Pictures Find Kayce at Peace, for Now

Episode 2 of the new CBS show Marshals promises to bring Kayce Dutton to a land with no laws. The Zone of Death was known as the "Train Station" in the Dutton household. That's where the family dumped their bodies and that's where Kayce will head as Episode 2 unfolds.
