Brian Kelley and his wife Brittney live on a massive rural estate that you have to see to believe.

The Florida Georgia Line singer lives on a 70-acre compound that includes three homes, a party barn, a saloon and the famous recording studio in the sky. He put it on the market for $6.24 million in 2017, but ultimately removed the listing when the couple decided they loved the property too much to part with it. They intend to make it their forever home.

Pete Nelson from Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters built the 500-square-foot treehouse recording studio in 2014. It's connected to the main home by a 30-foot bridge. At the time, Kelley told People the treehouse was a "man cave in the trees." He also said he planned to write and record vocals inside the treehouse studio.

Two single family homes (3,981 square feet and 2,665 square feet, respectively) surround "the shack," or the main home. The shack is a 1,500-square-foot space with one bedroom and one bathroom. Architect Bobby McAlpine designed the home. It's all tucked into the side of a mountain just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.

The house is where Brittney and Brian Kelley were married in 2013. They'd bought the house earlier that year. In total, seven buildings sit on the 70.89 acres (according to the Kelley Compound website), which is 38 acres more than what was reported in the initial purchase.

Extensive photos show all the main rooms, living spaces, recreation areas (an 1,161-square-foot party barn and 300-square-foot saloon) and the treehouse, which also includes its own kitchenette and bedroom. The couple decorated the house with rustic accouterments, which Kelley at one point said were inspired by his many travels.

The property was listed by the Bodden Sisters of Exit Realty Music City, but is no longer available.
