Jake Owen is continuing his tradition of giving back to his hometown of Vero Beach, Fla., for the 10th year in a row with the 2016 Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert.

On Dec. 9, Owen and his band will offer a special performance in support of organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Boys & Girls Club of Indian River County and others in the singer's hometown area that aim to help improve the lives of youth. To date, the event has helped raise $1.25 million for St. Jude and several local charities.

“I can’t wait to share this special evening of music with friends and family in my hometown of Vero,” Owen says in a statement. “Giving back has always been important to me in everything I do … I am so honored that people come to hear us play and, in turn, we are able help a lot of people.”

The event will be held at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets are on sale now. Visit the official Jake Owen Foundation Benefit Concert for more information.

Owen released his latest album, American Love, in July.
