See the Sparkling Engagement Ring Jimmie Allen Used to Propose to Alexis Gale

Country up-and-comer Jimmie Allen popped the question to his girlfriend Alexis Gale on Monday (July 15), and the pair are now engaged to be married. To mark the occasion, the singer gave his new fiancee one of the most gorgeous rings we've ever seen.

Gale, an aesthetician and makeup artist from Allen's hometown of Milton, Del., showed off her stunning new piece of jewelry on Instagram after the big moment. The ring's center diamond is an oval-shaped rock, rimmed with smaller diamonds, and it's all sitting on a diamond-encrusted band.

"Does this mean I really get to grow old with you?!" Gale captioned the two photos of her ring. "I am beyond words & lucky to be able to call this incredible man my fiance."

In one photo, Gale is wearing a pair of pink Mickey Mouse ears — an accessory that feels a bit out of place if you don't know that the couple got engaged at Disney World. Allen got down on one knee in front of Cinderella's castle at the Magic Kingdom, with his parents, her parents, their sisters and his cousin there to celebrate.

Allen and Gale have only been dating for a few months. They got together this spring, after meeting through the wife of Allen's cousin. They're both from Milton but hadn't yet met.

“Her smile melts me, her pure heart challenges me to love better, the way she motivates and supports me is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, the way she loves me and my son is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced," Allen gushes of his bride-to-be. "It feels incredible to find the type of love I’ve been writing songs about all these years!"
