Kelly Clarkson Makes First Post-Baby Appearance in ALS Ice Bucket Challenge Video

Kelly Clarkson and husband Brandon Blackstock took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and shared video with fans, friends and family on Thursday afternoon. It's the first time most have seen the singer since she gave birth to River Rose in June.

"I'm really nervous," Clarkson says laughing and fidgeting with her hands. The couple look to be on a walkway outside their house. Before dumping frigid water on their heads each names a few family members and friends they're hoping will take the challenge. Amongst the names is Narvel Blackstock, Brandon's dad and Reba McEntire's husband.

"I hope I can lift the bucket," she says giggling. After a few struggles she succeeds and shrieks as she runs away from the camera. "Oh my God this is so cold!"

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge raises awareness for ALS. Dozens of country's top stars have taken the challenge, including George Strait, Garth Brooks and Kenny Rogers in the last day or two. Donate to help fight ALS HERE.
