Pop star-turned-country crooner Kelly Clarkson took home honors for Pop Vocal Album at 2013 Grammy Awards, and she made a jumbled, spur-of-the-moment speech that referenced Miranda Lambert in a humorous aside.

As Clarkson made her way to the podium, she got stuck momentarily to Lambert -- much to the apparent amusement of both women, as well as Lambert's husband, Blake Shelton. She hugged presenter Keith Urban before addressing the crowd, saying, "I'm so sorry, I got stuck to Miranda Lambert! There's a story in a song! ... for later, after alcohol."

As Shelton -- who likes a drink himself now and again (ahem) -- looked on laughing, she added, "I'm just kidding, children!" The star, who shot to fame when she won the first season of 'American Idol,' said apprehensively, "I get nervous speaking in front of people."

She shared that she had no idea she was going to win, and thanked her manager, Narvel Blackstock -- Reba McEntire's husband. She also thanked her fiance, Brandon Blackstock, (McEntire's stepson and also manages Blake Shelton) "who is sexy tonight, y'all!" The pair will get married this fall.
