Kenny Rogers is something of a house-flipper, although the term hardly seems appropriate given how much money he spent to remodel this 9,000 square-foot home in Atlanta, Ga. "Every wall, every ceiling, every floor is different" he said about the property before selling it to move to Athens, Ga. (He's since sold that property, as well).

Rogers was looking for $7.95 million when he put this house on the market. Given the $3 million he put into it, he should still come out on top to the tune of $2 million. Real estate is hardly a risky venture for the Gambler.
