Lucky fans at a small Nashville honky-tonk got the performance of a lifetime when Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow took the stage to perform their joint single, 'Collide,' during the CMA Music Festival back in June.

Lucky for us, we got to experience the quaint-and-cozy set as well, as it was included in tonight's 'CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock' star-studded special. We all know that this performance isn't the first time that Crow and Rock have collided on a track -- they took just about every radio format by storm with their song 'Picture' back in 2001.

There's something about the duo's signature styles that just seem to mesh well, and they brought all of the elements of a perfect pairing to our screens tonight. We just wish we'd been there to experience the event in person!

Crow and Kid Rock have spent their summer taking 'Collide' to fans everywhere on tour. The 'Soak Up the Sun' singer is set to release a country album of her own in 2012.
