Country music group Little Big Town are celebrating an impressive feat with their new single "Girl Crush." The talented group had the best one week sales record for a country track so far in 2015, selling over 97,000 tracks of "Girl Crush" in just a week. "Girl Crush" has sold more than 520,000 copies, which means it has also been certified gold.

"Girl Crush" has been making waves in the country music world and beyond. The soulful medley is an earnest song about a woman who wishes she could be more like the woman her crush is in love with. "I want to taste her lips / Yeah, 'cause they taste like you / I want to drown myself / In a bottle of her perfume / I want her long blonde hair / I want her magic touch / Yeah, 'cause maybe then / You'd want me just as much," LBT sing.

The foursome won the Vocal Group of the Year award at the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 19 and sang the Top 20 single there, too. "Girl Crush" was the most Shazamed moment of the three-and-a-half hour awards ceremony. It sold over 30,000 tracks the day of the ACM Awards. The song hails from the Album of the Year nominee Pain Killer, which was released by Capitol Records.
