Scotty McCreery is in the process of planning a wedding with fiancee Gabi Dugal—and while it's a big task to handle, the couple has it under control.

In the midst of a hectic year touring and getting ready for the release of his new album Seasons ChangeMcCreery is using all his free time to help plan the wedding. From catering to sending out the invites, the couple is working as a team to get it all accomplished.

“We are sending the save the dates out and we need to pick out our wedding cake, but we are doing pretty good," McCreery tells Rare Country of the planning processadding that "most of the big things" are set. He says they will have a "good-sized wedding" with the guest list coming in at around 230 people.

With all that needs to be done, McCreery went so far as to strength his organization skills by purchasing a tool to keep all his tasks in order. “I went to Target last week and bought a planner, and now I have it where all my stuff is in red, Gabi’s stuff in blue and everything else in black," he says.

"It’s a team effort so far," he explains to The Boot. "She’s a nurse, working at Duke Hospital. When she’s working, I’ll pick up a little bit, and when I’m out on the road, she’ll help out a little bit."

Sounds like the pair already has teamwork down. It also seems they are having a good time prepping for the big day: "Engaged life is great. I’m really happy," says McCreery.

The "Five More Minutes" singer popped the question during a hike in their home state of North Carolina in September of 2017. Seasons Change drops on March 16.
