Thomas Rhett has had a lot of things to celebrate this year, and he can officially add a Grammy nomination to the list! His latest album, Life Changes, was nominated in the Best Country Album category, where it'll face off against efforts from Kenny Chesney, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, and Lady Antebellum.

When Rhett shared the news with his younger daughter Ada James, she was so excited, she just couldn't even speak. Don't believe it? Don't take our, er, words for it! See for yourself!

Well...okay. The fact that she's only 3 months old might have something to do with her speechlessness, but we'll just assume the little lady was thinking great thoughts for her dad in her head. (And she's so darned cute, who cares if she was actually thinking about something like, say, a nap instead?)

Aside from the thrilling news of his nomination, Rhett's been keeping pretty busy over the past few weeks, with a standout event being an especially notable performance at halftime during the Nov. 23 Thanksgiving Day NFL game. The matchup was at Arlington, Texas' AT&T Stadium, where the Dallas Cowboys took on the Los Angeles Chargers.
