    Married in December

    It was a surprise to his fans, but Brian Kelley and Brittney Cole's marriage in December was something both knew would happen early. They'd been dating for seven months, but met over three years ago. The two exchanged vows at Kelley's house in Nashville, and then partied in his renovated barn. Forty guests -- including Florida Georgia Line bandmate Tyler Hubbard -- enjoyed the day with the new couple. The 23-year-old Cole is a psychology student at the University of Georgia.

    Sarah Darling and James Muriel

    Married in April

    A May 2014 wedding was initially announced for Sarah Darling and fiancé James Muriel. The two were engaged during a trip to Key West, Fla. when the British-born graphic designer popped the question along the beach. Fans didn't know the couple actually got married soon after. It wasn't until November that Darling revealed she was Mrs. Muriel. The big wedding in May is still a go!

    Gwen Sebastian and Louis Newman

    Married in November

    Gwen Sebastian and fiance Louis Newman tied the knot in front of friends and family in Nashville on Nov. 12. The two had been dating for nearly a decade and were engaged for 11 months before walking down the aisle. After the ceremony, the couple and revelers gathered at the Mercy Lounge in Nashville to celebrate. It was traditional dress for both, although the singer and former 'The Voice' contestant wore a pair of ruby red slippers.

    Rodney Atkins and Rose Falcon

    Married in November

    Rose Falcon announced her engagement on her Facebook page and married five months later in Captiva Island, Fla. Just 20 guests witnessed the ceremony (including Rodney's son, Elijah). It was marked with personal touches like handmade wedding programs and bracelets, custom ball caps and the recognition of Rodney Atkins' parents' 51st wedding anniversary. It is the second marriage for Atkins, who divorced wife Tammy in 2012. Falcon is 29 years old, Atkins is 44.

    Engaged in October

    Singer Mallary Hope's boyfriend Ryan Dokke surprised her by dropping to a knee on Oct. 26 as she was standing in the circle at the Grand Ole Opry. Could there be a more romantic place to get engaged if you're a country singer? “Ahhhhh! Can’t believe I’m engaged,” 26-year-old Hope wrote on her Facebook page . “Thank you all for the sweet comments. Anyone have any marriage advice?” We suggest getting Little Jimmy Dickens to officiate.

    Married in October

    Ashley Monroe of the Pistol Annies was joined by friends Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton when she married Major League Baseball pitcher John Danks in October. The ceremony happened just days after Kelly Clarkson was wed, at the same venue! Shelton officiated this one at the bride's request. “They’re my dearest friends,” Monroe says of Shelton and Lambert. “Miranda was the one who cared about all the details … it was magical.” The two became engaged in September 2012.

    Gloriana's Tom Gossin told Taste of Country all about his bachelor party in June. Well, he talked about what he could remember, anyway. He and longtime girlfriend Jamie Moffett married in October at the Cannery in Nashville and chose a Jazz Age theme for the reception. Bandmates Mike Gossin (Tom's younger brother) and Rachel Reinert were on hand as part of the wedding party. The lovebirds rolled off in a stylish Rolls Royce, saying later it was the party of the decade.

    Married in October

    Kelly Clarkson's wedding date may have been the worst kept secret of the year, but she did manage to obfuscate the details by saying she and fiance Brandon Blackstock would elope. They did, sort of. The two married at Blackberry Farms in Tennessee on Oct. 20, and while the setup looked formal, very few people were in attendance -- her family wasn't even invited! Later, she shared a few pictures on Twitter. It's the second marriage for Blackstock and the first for the 'Tie It Up' hitmaker.

    'Nashville' actress Hayden Panettiere finally confirmed what everyone pretty much knew. She and on-again, off-again boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko are engaged.     Lee Brice and Sarah Reevely dated off and on for over a decade before getting married in Missouri in April 2013. The couple became engaged in late 2011, and later revealed they'd be getting married in Branson, Mo. It was long overdue for Brice. “After saying ‘I do,’ it was like a relief for me because I had been getting to a point in my life where I was like so ready for that," he shares.     Whitney Duncan fell in love with Keith Tollerfson during her run on the hit CBS reality show 'Survivor,' and two years later, they're getting married. It was a Valentine's Day proposal for the singer, who tweeted her joy and a picture of the ring. This will be the second marriage for Duncan. Tollefson was a water treatment technician from Edina, Minn. before the reality show.
