The first official day of Country Jam 2015 was jam-packed even before headliners the Band Perry took the stage. Despite the extremely hot Colorado temperatures, fans brought their A-game for artists including Logan Mize, LoCash and Parmalee.

The festival kicked off with Sasha McVeigh taking the stage in the early afternoon. The adorable Brit showed up wearing a yellow crop top and matching skirt and played songs including "Stupid Girl," which she dedicated to those dealing with heartbreak. Mize followed with an energetic set ending with his single "Can't Get Away From a Good Time."

LoCash turned up the heat with new music and popular covers to Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me," ZZ Top's "Tush" and TLC's "Waterfalls." Parmalee really got the crowd pumped when they hit the stage with their song "I'll Bring the Music." The group's closeness was evident from start to finish while they were performing, as they discussed growing up in North Carolina and how that affected the music they play today. They closed the set with their first big hit, "Carolina," to a really excited crowd.

Then, the night ended with fireworks, as the Band Perry stormed the stage for an explosive set. Kimberly, Neil and Reid played a slew of hits from their first two albums, allowing the crowd to sing along to "Chainsaw," "Done" and "If I Die Young," among a handful of fun covers.
