Best Country Quartet? – Readers Poll

Country music is fat with trios (Rascal Flatts, the Band Perry, Lady Antebellum, etc), but short on groups willing to add a fourth member. Some -- like Gloriana -- have tried, only to trim a member at a later date. Of the active groups in country music, which is the best quartet?

Little Big Town have been the most steady of the five bands listed in today's readers poll. Lonestar is back with lead singer Richie McDonald after he took time off to pursue a solo career. Eli Young Band is one of the hottest acts in country music right now, while newcomers Parmalee and Texas foursome JB and the Moonshine Band have songs out that prove they should be included.
