Brantley Gilbert took his Take It Outside Tour to Sacramento, Calif., recently, and gave one young fan a night he'll never forget.

While performing "Bottoms Up" at the close of his set, Gilbert invited a boy in the pit up to the stage. What happened next showed that the fan was a star in the making. Gilbert held the microphone up to his fan to sing along throughout the chorus, and after sharing the mic with the star, the budding young singer went around on the edge of the stage to shake hands with his fellow fans. Watch it all unfold above.

Gilbert's Take It Outside Tour includes his friends Justin Moore and Colt Ford, who have previously collaborated and toured together, and runs through the fall.

“We’ve all done so many things together,” Gilbert explained in a press release announcing the tour. “This is one of those tours that’ll be crazy before it even rolls. Justin likes to really push the limits, and he’s a pretty serious performer. Colt is one of those guys who gets how to hit a crowd right between the eyes. If you love your country on the rougher side, this is gonna be a show for you.”

Throughout his tour Gilbert has been debuting new music, including a rocking new song called "Dirty" and his new single, "The Weekend."

“Live it up for the weekend / Pull it up, have the time of your life / Take a shot for the regrets / Double up and it’s bound to get double wild,” he sings in the single's chorus.
