The CBS 'Blue Bloods' season premiere isn't until September 23, but thanks to the technology-savvy Tony Bennett and his Twitter ability (or his team's Twitter ability, perhaps), we've got a sneak peek from the set. Bennett tweeted a photo of himself with a sparkly Carrie Underwood, who will join him in a duet of 'It Had to Be You' on the kick-off episode.

The photo above shows the two icons side-by-side at a mock fundraiser, which will include show stars Tom Selleck and Bridget Moynahan.

As if having the two A-list artists on the series isn't enough, the 'Blue Bloods' producer promises that the lead-off episode will be controversial. "Having musical legend Tony Bennett and the hugely talented country music star Carrie Underwood perform on our show is a true gift. The talent that they bring together is amazing," Leonard Goldberg says in a statement. "We’re looking forward to an exciting second season premiere with a story that is certain to provoke debate, and are thrilled that Tony and Carrie can be a part of it."

Can't wait to hear Bennett and Underwood partner off on 'It Had to Be You'? You're in luck -- Bennett's ‘Duets II' album hits shelves on September 20, so you can own the track three days before 'Blue Bloods' premieres this season.
