Chris Lane is making a little bit of a habit out of beating better-known, more established artists in the Showdown. He's just won his third straight Showdown, and he'll take on Brooke Eden today and over the weekend.

Lane's debut single, "Fix," is an edgy track that challenges the conventions of traditional country music, but fits right in with the more progressive sounds of contemporary country. It's been drawing fans out to vote in droves, most recently vanquishing a new Christmas song from Kristian Bush, "Thinking About Drinking for Christmas."

Eden's new single is "Daddy's Money," and it casts her as a rocking new country female with a self-reliant attitude. It's a blue-collar appeal that we haven't seen from a female artist in some time -- but will it be enough to take down Lane?

Listen to clips of both Lane and Eden’s songs and vote for your favorite here. You can vote once every hour until this Showdown ends on Monday at 8AM ET, so come back and vote often to be sure your artist wins. The winner of this matchup will face a new challenger on Monday.
