Chris Stapleton and Hank Williams Jr. and are ready for the country. The two rugged country acts are teaming up for a co-headlining tour this summer.

Williams Jr. and Stapleton will kick off their summer tour on Aug. 5 in Tampa, Fla. They will run through eight cities throughout the country, making stops in Texas — Houston and Austin — West Palm Beach, Fla., Detroit (Clarkston), Cleveland, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Tickets go on sale beginning Jan. 29.

Williams Jr. released his new album It's About Time last week. It includes his collaboration with Eric Church, "Are You Ready for the Country," which the two debuted in November at the CMA Awards.

Meanwhile, Stapleton's 2016 is shaping up to be a busy one. This year he has several festival dates, including a performance at both Bonnaroo and Coachella. He kicked off the year with his debut set on Saturday Night Live last weekend, and this weekend he heads to Mexico for Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa event. Stapleton was also nominated in four categories at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards for Album of the Year, Best Country Album, Best Country Song for "Traveller" and Best Country Solo Performance for "Traveller."
