Tim McGraw has been quite mysterious when it comes to revealing his plans for new music, and there's no evidence that he's going to spill any time soon.

The country star posted a new photo on social media, teasing the record release date of Nov. 6 with simply the word “DAMN” scrawled across a blank wall in black paint, presumably written by the artist. There’s another word beginning underneath — perhaps a C, or the beginning of a G? — but no other clues are given as to what the message means.

As fans try to decipher whether the next word might be “girl” or “country,” McGraw remains mum on the subject. The only information in the caption is a repeat of the word “damn.” An early hint came Sept. 7 in a similar photo featuring only the date 11-6-15, painted on the wall of a white cube with McGraw looking at not-yet-finished work. He didn’t confirm that a full album will be dropped on the date, but it’s the most logical conclusion in light of his recent promise of "new McGraw music."

While the country music world attempts to decode his cryptic photos, the artist is traveling around the country on his Shotgun Rider tour, which wraps up later this month. His most recent single “Top of the World” continues to gain momentum and has reached No. 21 on the Billboard U.S. Country Airplay charts. He’s been giving fans a look into life backstage lately, sharing details about his workout regimen and posting videos of stripped-down covers and performances from rehearsals, including one for his daughter Gracie, who recently left for college.

Here’s hoping for another clue about the new record sooner rather than later!
