Dixie Chicks and Court Yard Hounds fiddler player Martie Maguire is packing up and moving out. She and husband Gareth Maguire bought this ranch for $2.75 Million in 2004, and the price has more than doubled in just seven years. Who says real estate is a bad investment?

The seven acre property has multiple structures in addition to the main house. There's the entertainment annex with kitchen, dining room, dance studio and bar. A recording studio also comes complete with kitchen and rehearsal space. And there's a five-stall horse stable and riding arena. The main house was built in 1975 and features four bedrooms, but there are three separate guest houses for a total of nine bedrooms.

These pictures also show the newer kitchen with marble countertops and dark wood cabinets, and plenty of stonework along the exterior of the house. Not pictured is the pool, which also has a patio and fireplace.
