It’s Martie Maguire of the Dixie Chicks’ House!

Martie Maguire of the Dixie Chicks first put this Austin, Texas home on the market for $6.495 million in late 2011, and since then she's lowered the price at least twice. According to Realator.com, one can nab the nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom house for $5.4 million. That includes three guest houses and a five-stall stable and horse riding arena.

Simply put, this home is loaded. There's land, a swimming pool, the previously mentioned recording studio (pictured below) and a plenty of unbelievable views to enjoy with your morning coffee.
