The Henningsens vs. Train – The Showdown

Country newcomers the Henningsens may not have as many fans as superstars like Miranda Lambert and Darius Rucker -- yet -- but their faithful followers continue to step up in a big way. Yesterday and last night on Taste of Country Nights radio the trio's single 'American Beautiful' topped Rucker's 'Wagon Wheel.' As they go for a fourth straight win, is it really fair to still call them underdogs?

On Thursday they face an all-star collaboration in 'Bruises,' the work of pop rock group Train and Pistol Annies original Ashley Monroe. The nostalgic country track is as catchy as 'American Beautiful,' but fans of those two artists will need to stand up and be counted at a faster pace than the Henningsens' friends on Facebook.
