Jason Aldean Hates Photo Shoots, But He’s Happy Brittany Got Him to Take Maternity Pics

Jason Aldean's wife, Brittany, pushed to capture sweet maternity photos when she was pregnant with the couple's first child, Memphis, in 2017. Now pregnant with a baby girl, Britt almost skipped the pictures this time. Her husband is happy she didn't.

"I'm not the guy that likes to do a lot of pictures," Aldean confesses in an interview with Big 95.5, which took place just days before Brittany is due to have their baby daughter, Navy Rome.

"I mean, I don’t even like taking pictures for my album covers. But in the shoot she just did, I just kind of stepped in for a few so we will have some with all of us. We got some of me and her and Memphis," he shares.

"I'm one of those people when I hate doing it but after I've done it," he adds. "I'm glad we have it because I think they are great."

Come to find out, Brittany didn't necessarily want to do the photo shoot, either.
"She almost wasn’t going to do a maternity shoot," the singer says. "She did one with Memphis and she was sort of past the point where she thought it would look cool, and she finally went and did it."

She did it just in time, since Navy is due in February.

"To be nine months pregnant and about to pop at any second, she looks amazing and we are just kind of patiently waiting on the arrival of our daughter at this point," Aldean admits. "We know it could be any day."

Baby Navy will be Aldean's third daughter, as he has two older girls from his first marriage. His son, Memphis, was born in December of 2017.
