Jason Aldean took a unique approach with his "You Make It Easy" video, turning the smooth track into a three-part series that tugs at the heartstrings. The camera follows the emotional journey of a young couple who've suffered a life-altering accident and proves the power of love over the course of three episodes.

Episode 1 of "You Make It Easy" opens with an intense car accident where we find the male lead flipping over in his truck several times. The shot flashes back to scenes of he and girlfriend, Grace, head over heels in love. Viewers later discover that the accident has led him to become paralyzed from the waist down, but Grace vows to stand by his side following the traumatic experience.

Prepare to get misty-eyed watching scenes from the couple's wedding and when Grace gets down on one knee after he fiancee slides a little black box with a diamond ring across the table while at the bar, all while Aldean's heartfelt track plays in the background.

Directed by Shauna Silva, the "You Make It Easy" video — videos, actually — will go down in Aldean history.

"The first time I heard this song, I was riding around in my truck. I immediately needed to cut it and always felt like it could be the first single," the singer says in a press release. "I told Shaun that I wanted the videos to capture the love story that this song tells, and I think one of the things he’s really good at is taking our ideas and running with them in a cool way."

"You Make it Easy" is the lead single from Aldean's forthcoming album, Rearview Townset to drop on April 13.
