Keith Urban gave country music fans one of the brightest moments of CMA Fest 2017, and now fans who couldn't be there in person will get to see it.

Urban performed his mega-hit single "Blue Ain't You Color" during the festival in June as part of an all-star lineup that brings together fans and performers every year for the biggest event in country music. Urban's performance was one of many that were captured for CMA Fest: The Music Event of the Summer, which is set to air on Wednesday night (Aug. 16) at 8PM ET on ABC. Check out his incendiary performance in the video above.

"Blue Ain't Your Color" became one of the biggest hits of Urban's career when he released it as the fourth single from his most recent album, Ripcord, in 2016. In the clip, he says he knew it was a "magic song" right from the start.

"When we put the album out, it was one of the songs that everyone was talking about long before it was a single," Urban states. "The stars align sometimes, and those things happen."

Urban also shares his love for CMA Fest, sharing that he's been attending it since way back when it was still called Fan Fair, before he ever had the chance to play on one of the stages.

"I used to go out to the fairgrounds, when it was out there, and watch it," he says. "For me, it’s just one of those events that you want to be a part of. I’m glad that I get to keep doing it."

Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini host CMA Fest: The Music Event of the Summer, which features additional performances from Garth Brooks, Sam Hunt, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and more.
