Kellie Pickler and husband Kyle Jacobs will celebrate their first anniversary on New Year's Day 2012. The couple eloped last year on a private island in the Caribbean. Now, Pickler has revealed that every year, she and Jacobs plan to celebrate in style. The happily in love couple plan to create a brand-new tradition: incorporating fireworks into every anniversary.

First, Pickler told Country Music Is Love that she and Jacobs plan to ditch the hats, scarves and gloves for a minute and that they are “gonna go somewhere warm” to enjoy their big day.

In keeping with that "hot" theme, Pickler also revealed that she and Jacobs plan to mark each year they are married by enjoying some fireworks. She said, "Something special that we know we’re gonna get every anniversary is fireworks. So, we are looking forward to that."

Pickler reflected on the marriage's first year, saying, "I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since Kyle and I got married. I’ve been so blessed. He’s the prize, so I’m glad he’s stuck it out as long as he has so far, and I hope that he can stick it out forever."

Pickler will not only celebrate her first year as a wife in January. Her new album '100 Proof' is due to drop on Jan. 24.
