Some love him, some hate him. But few will disagree that Kid Rock is all-American. The rock rapper-turned-country singer wore red, white and blue at the Concert for New York City at Madison Square Garden in Oct. 2001. It was an emotional night that helped the city heal while raising money for a great cause.
