Lennon Stella Goes to Prom With the Son of Her ‘Nashville’ Dad, Charles Esten

Some teenage milestones are a must, even when you’re on a network TV show and have your own music career. That includes prom, which Lennon Stella — who plays Maddie Conrad on Nashville — attended prom over the weekend with Charles Puskar, the son of her co-star and TV dad Charles Esten.

Though Stella is homeschooled now, she used to attend the same school as Puskar, so she went as his date. Stella looked stunning in a glamorous red gown, her flowing blonde locks down and sporting bold red lips. As with every other young couple going to prom, the teens' parents of course made them pose for a few photos before heading out (though this pair's photo is featured in People). Stella also posted a classic prom photo on Instagram of herself pinning the boutonniere on her date — well, pretending to pin it, according to the caption — looking adorable as Puskar grinned from ear to ear. She added a few other photos from the night, including some photo booth fun and a sweet photo with her dad, who is also a musician.

Stella just released a cover with her sister — as Lennon and Maisy — of the pop-electronic tune "Lean On," and she continues to play a supporting role as Rayna James' daughter on Nashville as the show moves through its fourth season.
