Hot off the release of her new single "Malibu," Miley Cyrus debuted another new track. Dedicated to her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, "Inspired" will bring you happy feelings.

"Inspired" has a noticeable country vein, with the fiddle serving as a prominent presence on a track that finds the singer reminiscing about humble childhood memories of spending time with her father. But Cyrus goes even deeper on the song, singing about her big dreams of wanting to save the world, but in moments of frustration, there's always one person she turns to: her dad.

Performing the song live for the first time on the Today show, Cyrus rocks an all-white outfit and sunhat while paying tribute to her father with touching lyrics like: "Thinking about the days coming home with dirty feet / Or playing with my dad, all day in the creek / He somehow has a way of knowing what to say / So when I'm feeling sad, he makes me feel inspired."

The superstar later took to Instagram to repost the video and share her thoughts, revealing that a conversation with Hillary Clinton about her own father helped inspire the song, saying it reminded her of the "valuable lessons" Billy Ray instilled.

"Never give in... Never Give Up... I'll never forget his favorite saying, 'A trying time is no time to quit trying,'" the younger Cyrus writes in a lengthy post.

Her father was clearly moved by the gesture, posting the video on his own Instagram page and sharing, "Just had to stop this crazy ride for a second and ponder. Full circle @MileyCyrus. #Inspired. Hope was always your destiny."

"Inspired" is just one of the new tracks off Cyrus' upcoming album, due out later in 2017.
