NASCAR champion Tony Stewart has relisted his spectacular rural estate at a lower price, and pictures show a property that lives up to the claim that it's the "finest property ever offered for sale in the state of Indiana."

Stewart first listed his 6-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom, 19,714-square-foot rural estate in Indiana for $30 million in March of 2022, which made it the most expensive residence in the entire state at the time. That price did not attract a buyer, and Stewart relisted his 415-acre estate for $22.5 million on April 12, 2024.

According to online property sites, that asking price breaks down to $1,141 per square foot and a monthly payment of $141,018.

The best part is that there is always something to do here. The land is great for hunting and fishing, off-roading, or just sitting on the porch and enjoying the stars at night. It is the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation."
