Country Artists Who Lost Weight and Feel Awesome

Stars are under a lot of pressure to look beautiful at all times, but that's not necessarily why these country singers decided to lose weight. Most just wanted to feel healthier when they woke up each morning, while at least one star's slim figure came as a result of giving up booze and cigarettes.

Kellie Pickler, Tim McGraw and Carrie Underwood are just a few country stars who look dramatically different today after shedding some extra pounds. All three of those stars are famous for their firm commitment to a very active exercise regimen, which includes a strict diet for Underwood and McGraw. Miranda Lambert is nowhere near as vocal about exercise, but she sure looks good after dropping some pounds.

Dieting and exercise did the trick in most cases. Turning 30 was enough motivation for Lambert. The result? A group of singers who are 10, 30, 40 or even a whopping 184 pounds lighter!
