On her Speak Now Tour, Taylor Swift has been trying something new. In addition to writing inspiring lyrics on her left arm each night, the 'Mean' songstress has taken to covering songs from artists whose hometown she's stopped in. At Tuesday night's Bossier City, La. show, that artist was superstar Britney Spears and her hit track 'Lucky.'

Sporting her signature purple stage dress, Swift sat perched on her stool smiling as she began to play an acoustic round of the 2000 hit. While Spears technically calls Kentwood, La. home -- about four hours away -- fans at the CenturyLink Center had no trouble singing along to the lyrics.

When Swift isn't pulling out popular covers on this tour, she's inviting notable guest stars to sing their own chart-toppers with her. During the 'Love Story' hitmaker's two-night stint in her hometown of Nashville recently, Ronnie Dunn joined the 21-year-old star to sing 'Bleed Red,' which was followed by performances with Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney the next night.

If you're lucky enough to catch Miss Swift at one of the twenty-something shows she has left on the American portion of her world tour, you just might catch a glimpse of an A-list artist, too -- or at least hear a great cover.
