Even though superstar Taylor Swift is in the midst of her 2013 Red Tour, she's not too busy to help make dreams come true, especially if they're the dreams of a brave 15-year-old girl fighting cystic fibrosis.

Cheyenna Ames was able to meet the '22' hitmaker before her concert at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo. on Monday (March 18) with the help of radio station Bull 93.7, according to Fox 2 News. Although Ames already had tickets to Swift's concert, the radio station gave her meet and greet passes, which is something she's dreamed of for years. "These are my tickets for tonight, to get as much excitement as I can out of it," she said with a huge smile and a few tears of joy.

Ames spends most of her time at Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center, so it was definitely a highlight for her to dress up, attend an amazing show, and meet one of her heroes. “I have my dress, jewelry and my boots,” she explained in a heartfelt video. After she met Swift, Ames concluded, “She was super nice. My favorite singer.”

This isn't the first time the seven-time Grammy winner has made dreams come true for kids who are struggling with illness, as she recently visited a 10-year-old cancer patient in Omaha. It's heartwarming to see Swift use her fame to positively impact the lives of so many kids who need it.
