Thomas Rhett gives fans a window into his private life and family time in the achingly sweet lyric video for his new single, "Unforgettable."

Rhett is not shy about showing off how much he loves his wife Lauren. She has been the inspiration for many of his biggest hits, including "Die a Happy Man" and "Star of the Show." He says the "Unforgettable" lyric video is "full of" Lauren in a tweet, and the clip certainly delivers on that promise, showing himself and his wife in a number of private moments backstage at shows, playing at the beach, cuddling what looks like a tiny kangaroo and more.

Rhett also shares some adorable footage of the couple with their newly-adopted daughter, Willa Gray, toward the end of the clip, with the toddler perched on her famous father's shoulders outside of his bus while Mom reaches up to adjust her headband.

Thomas Rhett's Daughter Inspired New Song "Life Changes"

"Unforgettable" is the second single from Rhett's forthcoming third studio album, Life Changes, which is due on Sept. 8. The album's first single, a duet with Maren Morris titled "Craving You," has already reached No. 1.

Rhett's new fatherhood definitely impacts his new music, he says -- especially "Life Changes," the title song of the new album.

“It’s kind of about my daughter and it’s kinda about a lot of things,” Rhett tells Taste of Country. “Basically it goes from me being in college to me being here now and how drastically my life has changed in the last five or six years. And Willa being a huge part of that.”

He and Lauren are expecting a biological daughter in August, and Rhett anticipates his fourth album will probably feature many more songs about his family.

“The last 20 or so song titles I’ve put in my phone have been about my daughter. I feel like the whole next record is going to be a pretty mushy one about my kids,” Rhett admits to the Advocate
