Country crooners Tim McGraw and Little Big Town came together today to pre-tape their performances for the 'Music Builds: CMT Disaster Relief Concert,' which airs tomorrow, May 12. In the special, McGraw and LBT's sets will mingle among performances from Hank Williams, Jr., Alabama, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Ronnie Dunn and Sara Evans.

These pictures give a behind-the-scenes peek at the show before it airs, as McGraw and Little Big Town lay down their hits for a cause. All of the money raised during the fundraiser will benefit victims of the recent tornadoes and flooding, as the funds will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief efforts. 'Music Builds: CMT Disaster Relief Concert' airs live from Nashville's Grand Ole Opry on CMT on Thursday, May 12, at 9PM ET.
